Elissa Boudreaux is a divorced mother of 2 girls, Me’Lani 18, Me’Laysia 3.born, raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has 18 years of experience as Movement Supervisor and training manager in the United States Army. Elissa is a Public Relation Consultant and Manager for ShePhoenix Productions, a motivational speaker for Center of Empowerment for Families and Children and Youth/ Pull Corp Management Group and Founder, Spokesperson, Survivor of non-profit organization called X-Posed Domestic Violence Organization, member and secretary of Sisters of Light, Modern Free and Accepted Masons of the World, also a member of the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Elissa Boudreaux has maintained a unique perspective on life and the issues we all have had to endure. She has an established rapport with her community and the challenges that they face. Her hands on experience in every facet of the community have allowed her the opportunity to learn, achieve, and grow in the things that matter the most. She provides a positive, strong contribution to the organizational growth of the community through continued development of her professional skills.

As a graduate of University of Phoenix with her Associates of Arts in Business and Bachelor’s of Science in Business Communications and pursuing her Masters of Management now, Elissa is an avid activist, life coach, and motivational speaker, Image Consultant, Public Relations Consultant/ Manager and Publicist. She currently speaks out against violence that has riddled her community and also domestic violence being not only a survivor but also an over comer. She is determined for her voice to be heard around the world.
Elissa is a blooming butterfly coming out of her cocoon waiting patiently to fly high and to soar like an eagle. She is a woman of wisdom expressing that her passion is to uplift, inspire and enlighten future leaders of tomorrow. Elissa is humbly willing to learn, achieve and excel to the level of being an icon and pillar the community that will leave a legacy for years to come.
