Hello Everyone!

My Name is Leah Ruff I have been a gaming Enthusiast for as long as I remember, Starting with Sonic and Taz-Mania on the Sega through to all the Current Gen Consoles.

I had never thought about a career in Games design until my final year of my Masters Degree in Architecture when we were asked to write a thesis on something which was of interest to us. I jumped on the chance to analyse as many games as possible and calling it "Research" and wrote my thesis on 'The Similarities between Architecture and Games Design'.

I found that this this subject was greatly under examined and involved a range of cross examination techniques. So.... now the course is over I am carrying on with the research with the hopes it will one day help someone with the same interests (and to also create an excuse to play more games).
