I am a hotel management professional who specializes in Front Office operations. I have over 8 years of progressive experience inside the hospitality industry, leading & developing teams and producing quality guest experiences. My experience is centered around managing front desk teams for independent luxury brands and boutique hotels.

Throughout my career, I have managed various operational aspects of the front office including reservations, guest services, concierge services, valet & bell staff. Other hotel experience includes roles in Finance (Income Auditor/AR) and Administration (Executive Assistant & Sales Coordinator).
