Leah Williams

I graduated from Alfred University in December 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I returned home to Virginia to continue working for The Crystal Connection (www.crystalconnectionvirginia.com) a small, locally-owned retail store that's been in business almost 25 years. I've worked here on and off since September 2003. It's here that I've discovered my love of small business and have learned both the hardships and joys of owning a small business. I started working for another local business (www.rojasstevens.com/) in their home office May of 2009 that enhanced my desire to support small business as well as find my knack for how I can help small business. With a combination of customer service, office support and assisting small business owners, I discovered Organizational Consulting- a way to help owners save time and money by making their offices run more efficiently.
