Leah Zuckerman

Hello my name is Leah Zuckerman and I am a current sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an intended double major in Marketing and French. I am very interested in being this summer’s communications intern for Madison Parks. My in-depth involvements with several organizations and experience I gained from working closely with others have fostered my determined and enthusiastic attitude.

My enthusiasm will help me achieve my goals and position me as a valuable asset to Madison Parks. I understand that a pressing issue is the dwindling numbers of people visiting the parks. My strong will, passion and creative outlook make me the right person to help increase those numbers. My executive position as fundraising chair on the University of Wisconsin Equestrian Team gives me the experience needed to strategize marketing approaches that will promote all that Madison Parks has to offer. From this position, I have gained strong leadership and collaborative skills through the personal interactions I had to make with other businesses and teams. I will be able to greatly benefit Madison Parks as its communications intern by contributing my creative ideas and strategic marketing approaches.
