I earned my Masters of Science in Journalism from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and my Bachelors of Arts in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

In my spare time, I plan events for Just Pass Go, a diversified event company based in the beautiful city of Los Angeles. Just Pass Go hosts art exhibits, networking events, team-building sessions, workshops, micro-conferences and other interactive experiences. Their events are host to professionals from a myriad of industries including: legal, healthcare, financial services, engineering, marketing/communications, real estate, entertainment, entrepreneurs and many others. In the past, Just Pass Go has partnered with the American Cancer Society to host fundraising events.
