Graduated from Gobelins School, he takes in charge the development of the ADEM group's digital printing department.

At 23, he is appointed Production Manager of a subsidiary of the group, and he develops innovative customization technics for the cosmetic's industry and promotional products.

In 2004, he joins Logoandco, French leader in promotional products industry and corporate catalog management (€ 10M). He takes responsibility of purchasing and logistics issues. In the same year, Serge founded Pixika and takes in charge ERP setting and production platform in between company and suppliers. He sets up and coordinates logistics management of the corporate communication catalogs of Aventis, Astra Zenecca, Alcatel, Air Liquide, Saft.

In 2007, the company wins the call for tender for the AIRBUS catalog management (€ 6M), the largest European corporate gifts contract.

In 2009, he organizes and manages the supply chain of the different web shops BtoB & BtoC (lowdi.com/pixika.com/usbandco.com/codiki.com). For main accomplishing, he sets the manufacture and shipping from Asia of electronic products in Europe around a process of arbitrage "make or buy" since the factories partners of the group.

He is appointed appointed General Manager of GOO BUSINESS Group in 2016 (€ 12M).

Since then, he has been leading complex projects of connected products development in the field of consumer electronics, paramedics and wellness.

He also manages and develops the vendor tablet business through one of the group's subsidiaries.

In 2020 he founds leandao to share his experience and to advise entrepreneur and companies.
