Hi, I’m Ashly Wilson. Some folks in Leander may remember me from my teaching days at Giddens Elementary. Back then, before we had kids, I would make the daily drive from Georgetown to Leander up 183. During the summer months, I helped my husband with answering the phones and scheduling customers. It was a busy life, but I love being part of this community and getting to know so many families.

When our daughter Avery was born, I decided it was time to step away from the classroom and take on a bigger role in our family business. What started as Justin out in the field repairing sprinklers has grown into something much larger over the years, and now I lead our office team right alongside him. Together, we’ve built a company that’s not just about fixing irrigation systems—it’s about helping families take care of their homes and their yards, the same way we take care of our own.

Leander has always felt special to us. From those early teaching years to now raising our kids and working with homeowners across Central Texas, it’s been a place where family and community come first. That’s exactly how we run our business too—honest work, treating people right, and making sure our customers can count on us when they need help.
