Following years as clinical psychiatrist and academic, and further years as senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry, I changed gears again in 2000 to create The Chalfont Project and then Viral Change™ Global, both global consulting firms with passion for the new organization. Our motto is “Shaping tomorrow’s organizations today; making today’s organizations remarkable”. Our territories, leadership, management innovation and large scale, grassroots driven behavioural change (Viral Change™) I am also an author of five management and leadership books (The Leader with Seven Faces (2006), Viral Change™ (2006, 2008), New Leaders Wanted (2007), Disruptive Ideas (2008) and Homo Imitans (2011). I am a speaker to leadership teams and corporations of many sizes in their internal conferences or smaller events. I do run some selected projects personally.
