Hi all! I am a first time recent mommy of a beautiful baby girl and recently into health, fitness, and muscles!
I'll admit it had been quite awhile since I was actively healthy and working out. I went through some struggles in my life - food became comfort for me. When I got pregnant in May of 2013, I realized that I desperately needed to make changes, not only for my baby-to-be, but for myself. My journey started with being a healthy mom and has continued with the want to lose baby weight (and any extra pounds I put on along the way) and to truly transform my body into something amazing!
