As the Interim Dean of Academic Services at Leeward CC, I oversee The Library, Leeward Theatre, Educational Media Center, Information Technology, Learning Resource Center, and Innovation Center for Teaching and Learning.
As a higher education leader, I have focused on making learning as inclusive as possible to all learners. This has driven my interest in Problem-Based Learning, Universal Design for Learning, Flexible Learning Spaces, Open Educational Resources, Technology-Enhanced Learning, and Distance Education.
In my free time, I enjoy running and hiking for fitness which I do so I can participate in my other interest of eating yummy food.
