Lean Simplified

Our Management system is a Learn-Do approach that is self-paced with active coaching during the progression. The program is designed to have you complete tasks (utilizing task management board) with gates to track progression. Our Learn-Do walks beside you each step of the way in the learning and application of the approach and process so when you complete the program you are confident and competent in the Lean Base Camp Skills.
