I believe humans have an innate need to evolve and grow, and that job evolutions are a key part of this growth. Having successfully navigated career changes myself, I am deeply passionate about supporting others in discovering and landing their career transitions. My colleagues and friends would go so far as to call me a career conversation junkie. Through my blog, my goal is to guide you through career transitions based on my own experiences that I broke down into actionable steps.

As a note about my own transitions, I have successfully navigated a move into renewable energy in the early 2010s from my chemical engineering undergrad and master’s, entered and moved up in business consulting at BCG after my MBA, and created new opportunities for myself while at Google that ranged from business strategy & operations, to product strategy, to product management. I am now at Via, where I’m gaining a complementary set of experiences managing a business unit, while following a passion for sustainability by driving single occupancy vehicles off the road.
