Sarah is a ballet teacher and mommy of three. She attended Utah Valley University where she studied Dance with an emphasis in Ballet. While at UVU, Sarah performed with the Repertory Ballet Ensemble, a student ballet company.

Sarah loves teaching ballet and blogging in her spare time. Sarah has a passion for passing the details and beauty of ballet technique on to aspiring students.
