Mariella Alaan

I greatly believe that Music has the power to transform, illuminate and educate. Hi I'm Teacher Ella.

I started my interest in music at the age of 12 years old and started playing the clarinet at 13 years old, under the guidance of a former alumnus of UST Conservatory of Music. I'm the Concertmaster of Marilao Community Youth Band, and a member of Banda 31 Original of Sta. Maria, Bulacan and a former member of DYCI Brassband.

Inspired by my former teachers and my bandmates, I'm currently taking Music Education with emphasis on Clarinet at the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music. My collegiate training is made possible by the help of Santo Domingo Scholarship. I'm currently a member of the UST Symphony Orchestra and UST Wind Orchestra.

I aspire to inspire younger individuals to learn music. To ignite their greatness through music. I also aspire to transform them into the best person they can be not only by their skill but also their individually.
