Lee Admiraal is the Executive Vice President of Synergi. Over the past 30 years the company has established itself as a leading turnkey project expert in handrail, decorative glass, and metal elements.
Since 2008 Lee has established his own leadership presence within the company, steadily working his way up to his current role. As Executive Vice President, Lee plays an important part in maintaining the company’s high standard of quality in their products and services. He is proud to oversee the installation of some of the most visually impactful metal and glass creations in retail shopping malls nationwide. Lee Admiraal is passionate about the company’s one-of-a-kind architectural projects.
Synergi’s pre-engineered, adaptable, expandable railing products are visible in a variety of properties across the United States, from retail shopping malls to high-rise multi-family residences. No matter which type of property it is -- or how custom the project is -- every Synergi design has something in common: rigorous quality control and skillful craft.
Lee Admiraal is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association of the shopping center industry. He enjoys keeping up with industry news. Outside of his professional career, Lee enjoys hockey, especially the Washington Capitals.
Lee Admiraal studied Finance and Accounting at John Abbott College. He also earned a Certificate in Advanced Business Management, Business Administration, and Management through UBT Corporate Learning. Through his education and his practical application of it, Lee has become an expert in contract negotiation and management, project management as well as industry specific expertise. For instance, Lee is extremely knowledgeable in valuable engineering, cost engineering, project planning, submittals and supply chain management.
Lee Admiraal wholeheartedly believes that continued learning is critical to professional and personal growth and recently pursued further education himself by enrolling for his Masters degree!
