I’m a software engineering leader and entrepreneur based in Oceanside, California. I’ve spent over 25+ years in technology, including 16 years focused on software development and engineering leadership across enterprise commerce, EdTech, healthcare IT, fintech, and gaming. I lead platform engineering work in fintech, run fractional CTO engagements through O’Side Systems, and build AI-driven SaaS products.
Across all of it, the throughline is the same: most problems that look like people problems or technology problems are actually system design problems.
