🟣 I’m a creative, analytical, innovative and personable HR Leader with a passion for people, experiences, communities and delivering on talent strategies for the future of work. I always strive to lead with excellence, confidence and humility through my strength of being a true learner at heart. This strength allows me to curate great teams and develop strong trust based networks through my collaboration.

🟣 My motto is; “People make a Business, so I make People my Business”. For a business to thrive, you need to ensure that people can be their best full selves to be able to bring that to the business.

🟣 I currently live in Ireland and work in Accenture as a part of a Global HR team, working across multiple HR roles from providing day to day HR Partner support to our people and business leadership within Global Technology Sustainability Innovation, to supporting the full talent lifecycle of our Global Technology Accenture Leadership.

🟣 Over the past 6+ years, I have worked with so many amazing HR professionals and business leaders across a range of areas from Talent Management and Recruitment, to Total Rewards and HR / People Analytics. This experience has given me opportunities to work as a HR partner to our business in Ireland and UK, as well as at the Global level, providing operational excellence and strategic guidance for our people and business.

🟣 As a Leader, I believe and live out the principles of being an authentic, humble, empathetic and courageous leader, who can also bring a lot of fun and engagement to their teams - “I’m not a regular leader, I’m a cool leader!”. The same applies to being in teams, as we are leaders at all levels. I bring my full self to teams, so that others can be themselves and we can co-create an authentically inclusive and engaging team.

🟣 Outside of my day to day job, I love to volunteer on charity boards. This allows me to use my volunteering hours in Accenture and also use my skills and experience to give back to organisations. I currently serve of the Board of Trustees for the Irish National Youth Ballet, acting Vice-Chairperson of the Offaly County Childcare Committee and HR Director on the Board of Trustees at the Tír Na nÓg Early Childhood Care & Education Centre.
