I'm a professional parent and weight loss enthusiast who has earned her mom stripes from infancy through college applications, including a tour of duty on the autism spectrum. Having lost over 120lbs slowly and sanely, I enjoy devising, discovering and sharing ideas about reasonably healthy homemaking.
