• As Executive Director, American Fence Association, led doubling of revenue to $4 million, then limited contraction in recession. 80% member retention.
• As VP, Public Affairs, Continental Bank, re-built marketing communications team in turn-around after FDIC rescue. Working with ad agency and staff, changed how/what bank communicated, externally and internally.
• Launched consumer publishing company. Wrote plan, raised $750,000 from 27 investors, recruited board and staff, launched publication, managed corporation. Generated 365 ad pages, acquired 9,000 paid subscribers.
