Dani Lee

Dani is a public health nutritionist working to increase access to nutritious and sustainable food. She received her MPH from UC Berkeley and her bachelor's degree in nutrition from UC Davis.

With over a seven years of experience creating and managing sustainable food service projects and institutional food policies, Dani knows how to leverage systems to create healthier food environments.

Dani spends her free time exploring nature, learning about how diet influences gut ecology and psychology, and eating good food.
