Lee Graves


Lee Graves has 10 years experience in technical support, help desk management, network security and software development industries. Starting his professional career as a Technical Support Supervisor at Fused Solutions, he managed the relationships of 70+ clients while driving bottom line profitability for call center and software development activities. Since joining eSoft in 2006, he has contributed to streamlining support procedures and improving eSoft's support services. In this time, he's served as Senior Technical Services Engineer, Threat Communications Specialist, Technical Services Manager, and is currently VP, Technical Services and Product Management. His work at Threat Communications Specialist has received acclaim and citations in popular industry publications worldwide.

Finishing his MBA coursework in 2009, Lee graduated with honors from Regis University and attained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from SUNY Potsdam in 2004. Looking forward, Lee has long term career goals centered on strategic management and entrepreneurship, while helping eSoft grow to become an industry leader in the network security industry.
