Leen Alkaddumi

My name is Leen Alkaddumi. I am the student Vice President at Crafton Hills College. I am also the student representative for the District Assembly and the Budget committees. I promote the college’s mission to “advance the educational, career, and personal success of the campus community through engagement and learning” by providing effective student services, leadership, management, policy development, as well as ensuring consistent quality standards in programs that are designed to meet the needs of the students.

Due to my passion for taking on leadership roles and working in business related situations, my ideal job would be in the business field as a consultant. This type of work brings me deep satisfaction as the thrill of taking on a new project with its own set of challenges is one of the reasons why I want to be a consultant. I am hungry for the chance to apply my own unique set of skills to a project and see it through. Throughout college, I have demonstrated skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving by taking on the roles of Student Senate Vice President and the Student Representative for the District Assembly and Budget committees. These leadership roles allowed me to take on issues that acted as barriers to student success such as limited scholarships, financial support, food insecurity, and mental services.
