As superintendent of the River Ridge School District in Patch Grove, Wisconsin, Lee Pritzl has implemented a number of pedagogical and staff development initiatives. He spearheaded the introduction of the Effective Educator assessment methodology to the district, which now uses the method to encourage teacher development and evaluate student progress. Lee Pritzl has also introduced the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) system, a reinforcement-based philosophy for teaching expected codes of conduct.

Furthermore, Lee Pritzl has implemented a number of curriculum and facility development programs within the River Ridge district. He designed and introduced a new district-wide literacy map, which matches instruction with Common Core educational standards. He has also organized a district-wide facility use study and, in turn, created a new campus for seventh through 12th grades.

An experienced educator, Lee Pritzl has held classroom positions with Wisconsin's Campbellsport and Portage Area school districts. A former principal and assistant principal as well, he earned his master of education in educational leadership at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He frequently shares his expertise as a presenter before fellow educators, school board members, and the public. Mr. Pritzl anticipates receipt of a doctoral degree in school leadership from Wisconsin's Edgewood College in December of 2013.
