  • Take your LegFlex board out of the box and place it on a flat, clean surface. Optionally you can place your board near a wall to balance yourself.

  • There are 4 levels provided on the board for exercise. You can adjust the board according to your need, with 1st level being easy and 4th being the most challenging.

Step 3

  • Now, you can start performing any exercises on your LegFlex board. Perform each set for 30 seconds. Take a break, stretch and shake your legs and repeat the same process 3 times daily.
