Alex was a great partner during remodeling of two bathrooms. After 6 years, the water pressure flow in one of the showers started to weaken. I had a plumber come out and he wanted $1,800 to tear the the wall out to replace the plumbing. I called Alex and he said that before we do anything so radical and expensive, let's try replacing the shower filter cartridge. He ordered and paid for three new cartridges for me so I would have some spares. He sent me a you tube video showing how easy the cartridges are to install and that I could DIY it. Although I'm handy, the glow was restricted even with the new cartridge. I called Akex seeking more guidance. He said he would come over the next morning to try and figure it out. He came over, made some adjustments and strong water flow was restored. He refused payment for his driving time and on site time. I reimbursed him for the cartridges, and the $1,800 3rd party estimate was reduced to $40. In this day and age, Alex's knowledge, honesty, and legitimate concern are rare and refreshing. Alex is a good guy!
