Hi, I’m Dena. I’ve spent the past 15+ years navigating the world of public relations with 11 of those years proudly serving as a Government PR Officer at the House of Representatives of Indonesia (DPR RI). My job? Turning complex parliamentary work into stories people can actually understandand care about.

Now, I’m adding another layer to my journey: I’m pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Management at Monash University.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead public engagement programs that aim to make government more accessible, like Youth Parliament, Campus Parliament, and most recently, the 2024 campaign DPR Baru, Harapan Baru.

I've been fortunate to receive recognition that reminds me why I do what I do from being named the ASEAN PR Excellence Award Bronze Winner in 2025 and Global Public Relations Rising Star by the Global Alliance in 2024, to being awarded Best PR Practitioner of the Year by Mix Marcomm Magazine and listed among PR Indonesia’s Top 50 Kartini Figures in 2023. Along the way, I’ve also received multiple awards from PR Indonesia and Iprahumas, each one a reflection of the teams I’ve worked with, the public I’ve served, and the power of purpose-driven communication.

Outside of work, I stay active in professional organizations like Perhumas and Iprahumas, where I advocate for ethical and strategic public communication.
