Currently living in Ottawa, where I work for the City of Ottawa as an Environmental Service Clerk.

I have a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions from St. Lawrence College in Kingston. I am a certified personal trainer through CSEP and a Fitness Instructor Specialist through Can-Fit-Pro. I am currently working towards a diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and aspire to own my own fitness studio in the future.
