Im a 22 year old passionate musician, currently studying HND music at New College Lanarkshire. My main instruments are bass, guitar and voice.

I first started played guitar when I was 7 years old. With Bob Marley playing in the background, I would sit for hours, figuring out the basic basslines, which then adapted into searching endlessly for chords online to the new songs that were in the charts. As soon as I could play those first three chords, I knew it was something that I wanted to persue as a career.

At the age of 14, I became the lead guitarist in my first ever high school "rock band", playing well known rock songs, and trying to solo as best as I could. We played many gigs around our local area, and gave ourselves a good name, until a pointless arguement crushed fulfilling the rock and roll lifestyle. Around this time, I started playing bass guitar as a second study instrument at school. I got my first ever bass, a Jim Deacon (junior size of course), amd again, would endlessly listen to different genres of music, figuring out the basslines. I became heavily involved in music in my community, and quickly fell in love with teaching other young people in my area guitar/bass.

In 2010, I joined my first proper punk/rock band, and was asked to join them in touring the U.K. I had 2 months to learn the original songs inside and out, and ended up adding my own spin on the bassline, thus making the songs alot more enjoyable to listen too.Overall, music always has, and always will play a major part in my life, and I hope to have a career in some aspect of the music industry in the near future!
