I’m a K-12 school planner with a strong background in public policy and project management, specializing in facilities planning, demographic analysis, school attendance boundaries management, and geographic information systems. I focus on driving cost efficiencies and have familiarity with coordinating school consolidation and rightsizing, facilities planning, and construction processes and workflows. By leveraging data analysis and collaborating with local governments and district executives, I ensure schools are prepared to serve their communities effectively. I’m also building skills in urban planning and advanced data science to bring fresh perspectives to education facilities planning and development.

Oh, and many moons ago I also served as special assistant (and de facto Chief of Staff) to a Philippine Cabinet secretary. ;)
