I am graduated in Food Science and Technology with a Master's degree in Food Safety and Biotechnology, and currently pursuing a Doctorate. I have been part of the research project "Biological properties of natural honey and powdered honey" developed in the Nutrition and Bromatology area of ​​the University of Burgos. I have taken different courses on food quality norms and standards auditing.
