Lekh Bajaj is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist (CRR-A79125) and the co-founder of Coach For Mind, a multidisciplinary mental health practice based in Gurugram serving clients across India and internationally.
An engineer by training — B.Tech from IIT Delhi — Lekh moved from technology into clinical psychology after becoming interested in how the mind actually works beneath the surface of behaviour. That combination of analytical rigour and deep clinical curiosity shapes how he works today.
He works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties and long-standing emotional patterns. His approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed) — chosen for the person in front of him rather than applied as a fixed protocol. Sessions are collaborative and paced: the first one is about understanding what brought you in, not diagnosing you in fifty minutes.
Alongside clinical work, Lekh has built Coach For Mind from a solo practice into a team of RCI-registered clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists and a consulting psychiatrist, with a focus on making quality mental health care accessible and unintimidating.
