After teaching at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence, I chose in 2012 to join the Marseille Bar.

First Laureate of the Conference, I was a member of the Council of the Order of the Bar of Marseille.

My areas of intervention are mainly focused on criminal law, the defense of fundamental freedoms and public law.

In addition, the firm successfully handles litigation in family law, labor law and business law.

Several cases have caught the attention of the media, including the proceedings aimed at having the Constitutional Council declare unconstitutional a law infringing the rights of non-sedentary minorities. (QPC)

The same was true for the Priority Question relating to the independence of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

In this capacity, I was required to plead before the Constitutional Council and to meet the public authorities in several ministerial offices.

I also spoke in several international conferences at the request of non-governmental organizations, which allowed me to acquire a solid experience in public international law.

Constitutionalist, I have been regularly heard in the National Assembly and by the Senate in the context of the development of several important laws relating to fundamental rights

I have dealt with media cases in criminal matters against the pollution of certain oil groups in the context of the preservation of our environment.

I was recently able to have the principle of fraternity recognized for the first time before the administrative judge as a fundamental freedom that can be invoked before the administrative justice.

Very active in civil society, I am actively campaigning for the active recognition before the judge of the rights of French Gypsy internees and deportees during the Second World War.

I am also a graduate of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale where I was able to study economic and strategic intelligence with intelligence professionals in order to implement this know-how to my clients in terms of #crisis management reorganization or development of new agile strategies for companies.
