Bilingual in English (native speaker) and Japanese (business level), with Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 certification. Studied abroad for 11 months in college and worked in rural Japan for five years as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in the JET Program/Programme.

Self-taught programmer and game designer with entry-level skills. Entered Ludum Dare game jam more than 10 times, placing in the top 25 with Ultra Hat Dimension. Expanded Ultra Hat Dimension to include more than 60 levels for commercial release. Worked with Kitsune Games to bring Ultra Hat Dimension to Steam.
