Lene Andersen

I am a management consultant, executive coach and facilitator.

Our company Factor3 works with some great companies on strategy, change management, transformations and organizational development.

Besides I work freelance at AS3 as executive counsellor and coach helping people in career transitions.

Prior, I’ve been holding senior leadership positions in Novo Nordisk, a large pharmaceutical company where I worked in business development, global marketing and public health partnerships. I've also enjoyed sales and marketing management roles in Astra Zeneca and Roche.

I am a business women holding a BA from Copenhagen Business School and a MSc in leadership at Ashridge Business School in London.

Everyday I meet so many fabulous people that not only teach me a lot, they are also part of my expanding network and as such a continuous source of great inspiration.

I keep in shape by running, tennis, skiing as well as winter bathing. Mentally I gain from escaping into the universe of papers, books and movies.
