Hi, I’m Leni Alston. I work in healthcare marketing here in Las Vegas, and what drives me most is helping people feel seen, heard, and supported—especially when they’re facing difficult decisions about their care or the care of someone they love. My Filipino upbringing taught me the value of community and compassion, so I bring that with me into every interaction.

I don’t just focus on placement or logistics—I focus on people. I want families to feel peace and clarity in moments that are often filled with stress and uncertainty. Outside of work, I spend time giving back to the community by cooking and delivering food, groceries, and clothes to independent living facilities that reach out for help.

I also like to stay up to date with healthcare trends and connect with others who care about making a difference. For me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. Every person I help reminds me why I do this work: to serve with integrity, empathy, and heart.
