A journalist by qualification, qualities and character, I am a die-hard peoples’ person. I love to talk rather communicate, sing, interact and also love travelling, books and movies. Born and brought up in the capital city of New Delhi, I did my schooling in St. Paul’s School and graduation from Jesus and Mary College. I did my Post G, I raduation in Journalism and Mass Communication from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. My friends say this about me. “Hard work, dedication and the spirit to put “her best in to all”, makes her a thorough team player”. With an ability to critically observe how people and places work, I literally live and sleep on the Internet! Precision and an eye for detail is my signature, I am also adept in managing multiple tasks, running numerous activities simultaneously, on a tight timeline.
A total romantic and out-and-out compassionate person, I see the Creator all around me. In all that I see and do, I try hard, to follow the Master in reaching out to my fellow-beings in whatever way I can.
With MAD (Making A Difference), I handle external communication. MAD is all about being MAD, MAD about people, MAD about causes, MAD about society, MAD about giving, MAD about reaching out and above all MAD about MAD.
MAD was an idea that was conceived in 2010 when a small group of friends who came together occasionally to have fun decided to do something different and try and make a difference in the lives of the less privileged ones in our society
MAD - Making A Difference is all about what you and I can do to make this life a bit more worthwhile. It's all about reaching out and extending all that we have - the blessings that we enjoy, the good things in life that we so take for granted, all the happiness and the peace that we enjoy, the health that keeps us moving each day, the security of finances and of relationships that make our lives such a smooth sail, the families that we are so proud of and the places and positions we are in right now... there is a need to extend all this to the lives that we touch and we come across, every moment.
Today, MAD is all this and more. MAD has gone on to providing Education support , shelter, working with other Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s).
