Hi, I’m Lenka. I’m a professional certified coach (ICF PCC) and L&D enthusiast, who offers personal development coaching, team coaching and facilitation as well as consultancy on topics on organisational development.

My work is inspired by Person-centered approach, Transactional Analysis and Non-violent communication.

As a creative person myself I combine psycho-dynamic approach with expressive therapy techniques, body movement and art therapy.
