As a Lead Consultant at Ensono, I collaborate with teams to strategically define project scope - ensuring it aligns with the clients vision, near-term goals and broader desired outcomes.
At Amido I was a Senior Consultant for key clients, building an identity solution for International Airlines Group (IAG), a COVID symptom triage bot for NHS 24, a digital advertising exchange for Global, and a combined booking and check-in platform for co-living organisation The Collective. Before Amido I worked in various Product roles shaping and defining product roadmaps based on business vision and customer needs.
My career began working in the content and editorial space at Virgin Media, creating Europe’s first commercial interactive TV service. Following a year-out studying Tae Kwon Do in New York, I returned to the UK and forged a career in Product which began with The Discovery Channel, and moved on to ITV, Global, Live Nation and Amazon before I started in consulting.
I regularly write thought pieces on product and innovation, and speak regularly at UX Camp Brighton, UX Live, ProductTank, and more recently Product Unleashed.
