Leo B. Hurdle

My name is Leo B. Hurdle. I've been playing video games since I was a kid, and I've always loved them. However, I've also always loved writing, so when I discovered I could combine my two loves, I knew I had to pursue it.

I have a degree in game design from Cornell University (https://as.cornell.edu/major_minor_gradfield/game-design) since 2012. After graduation, I did some game design work but ultimately ended up as a game writer. I've been writing games for about five years, and I love it. I've written for various genres, from first-person shooters to puzzle games, and I've loved every minute of it.

I'm a big fan of online gaming and spend far too many hours playing them. I also love roleplaying games, both online and offline. I love getting lost in another world and becoming a different person for a while. It's a great way to escape the real world and have fun.

I have worked for ThisIsGuernsey as Game Writer since 2018 and hope to continue writing games for many years. I'm passionate about it and can't imagine doing anything else.
