Leo Fassbender is a Psychologist (M.Sc., Bonn/ Germany) and finished his doctoral thesis in inter-cultural ethics (Th.D., Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universitaet Bonn).

Living near Ocala in North-central Florida, he provides consulting and training domestically and internationally.

His areas of focus are organizational consulting and management assessment, corporate health management, crisis, security and threat management, as well as horse-assisted coaching.
