Leo Grant

Born in England, Leo moved to Canada with his parents and brother when he was two years old. Family plays a very large role in his life and he enjoys spending time with them, especially his identical twin nephews that keep him entertained.
Leo has been a Broker with Royal LePage Team Realty for over 5 years, obtaining award winning results which have placed him in the top 10% for Royal LePage Nationally for 3 years running. In 2011 Leo joined the Ottawa Real Estate Board Professional Standards Committee.

Focusing on his clients, he aims to provide them with a no hassle approach. His goal is to obtain the best possible deal with the most efficient use of time and to make sure that the process is as stress free as possible. Before getting into real estate, Leo was running a computer company with 5 employees. After a few years he realized he was very good at purchasing, selling and most importantly, negotiating deals. He then took on a career change and has never looked back. In 2011 Leo decided to build a real estate team to help serve his client’s needs better. His main focus is now on listing properties, building his clients property portfolios, commercial real estate and being a successful Team Leader.

Active in the community, Leo helps out where he can, and is involved in many charity events, such as golf tournaments and the Ottawa Dragon Boat races, where proceeds go to the Ottawa Civic Hospital and CHEO. He also contributes to the Terry Shwartzfeild Day Care Centre.
When Leo is not working real estate or doing charity work, he enjoys playing competitive soccer, golfing and other outdoor activities. Being a team player over the years has helped him to hone his skills to be more understanding of the needs and wants of his clients.
