Leonardo Miller

My name is Leonardo Alex Miller and I was born and raised in Jamaica. I came to Canada to live in 2004, but I must say that at first I didn’t want to leave. Not because I didn’t like Canada, in fact I was quite fond of it. It was just that as a place to live, i was already so comfortable in Jamaica and it was home. To me, Canada was like home away from home in a way. Whenever my mom wanted to visit friends, because see was born and raised here herself. My brother and I would travel alone with her and spend months on end with her here. Now I’ve spent many year living here, experiencing many thing that i may or may not have experience back in Jamaica, and currently on my path in becoming a successful digital photographer/videographer. Which was not the path i had initially chosen for myself. The career choice i had set for myself in high school was to become an accountant. I had been apart of an photography club in hight school and that would be when the sudden spark of interest in photography had begun. Now that interest/fascination have taken root and is sprouting up and becoming a big tree of love. Which is the main recipe for a successful career. Will I change my career path later on in the future? perhaps, but right now i can say with out a doubt that photography is the path for me.
