I created LearningStartup, the first Italian, hands-on methodology supporting innovation and startups. LearningStartup is currently used at important Italian institutions supporting entrepreneurship such as Innovation Factory and Officine Formative. I provide coaching, seminars and hands-on training for startups and innovation departments using the LearningStartup methodology.

I've always been alert to innovation and recently I took upon the task of bringing to Europe the Pretotyping methodology, an efficient way of validating innovations against the market. Pretotyping was initially developed in Google and recently has been adopted by several Fortune 500 companies in the US. In this field I offer seminars and workshops for large and medium companies doing innovation.

Currently running the Innovation Masters project to explore best practices of innovation management in the Netherlands, one of the most innovative countries in the world.
