Leonard Ochart

Before
embarking on a highly successful career in Service Industries, Leonard Ochart
earned his Associate Degree in Business Administration from City College of San Francisco. Leonard Ochart went on to earn his certification as a
Professional in Emergency restoration and cleaning and a certification in
Bio-hazard clean up.

Before beginning his career in the Janitorial Service
industry, Leonard Ochart spent several years serving in the US Military, where
he received several commendations for service during the first Iraq war and
after being honorable discharge, became a US citizen. Outside his military
experience, he retains a taste for physical and mental challenges.

After his time in the Military, Leonard Ochart began
working as Janitor as he went to school. At present, he is the Area District
Manager for Ace Janitorial company,
in San Francisco California, where he is
a key part of the management team and oversees over 600 employees, Since
beginning this role in 2010, Ochart has increase the areas annual revenue by $1
million. He has done this by focusing on his customers and employee.

Previous to his current role, Leonard Ochart served as a
Janitorial Supervisor to over 100 employees in a $10 million unit of Service Masters, one
of the largest Janitorial service companies in the United States. He increased
the performance and profitability of the unit by 25 percent with a
performance-based compensation program. The unit was rated as the best place to
work for two consecutive years due to his program designed to improve
communication and morale among employees. Ochart's talent at implementing strategic
programs and skillfully managing customer complaints has benefited companies
ranging from start-ups to multimillion-dollar businesses.
