Leon Chang

I’m Leon Chang, a Senior Recruiter based in Oakland, California, dedicated to connecting top talent with opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions. Growing up in Oakland, I’ve developed a strong connection to my community, which fuels my people-first approach to recruitment.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a minor in Communication, and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of California, Davis, I combine analytical insight with interpersonal skills to deliver results. My experience at companies like Tesla, Robert Half International, and Zum Services has allowed me to lead large-scale hiring efforts, refine recruitment processes, and champion diversity and inclusion.

Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, weightlifting, traveling, and spending quality time with family. I believe recruitment is about more than filling roles—it’s about building meaningful connections that drive individual and organizational success.
