Full-time working mum based in Wicklow, Ireland with a penchant for creativity. I am currently working as a Bespoke Furniture Designer and enjoying the new variety that each new day brings, though being away from home five days a week does throw up its own challenges!

I have a background in both interior design and computing, though I am always keen to take on new challenges and learn new skills. Over the years, I have been lucky enough to have taken part in numerous courses, including cheesemaking, stained glass, and food-writing.

I have a keen passion for all things food and cookery and my current new project has been the introduction of baking to my two and a half year old son. It would appear he is as keen as I am. Watch this space!
