Leonie Postma

In my work, my aim is to contribute in to achieving a friendly society for both humans and the environment. A society in which resources are more sustainably produced and more equitably distributed between people, and in which each of us has the freedom, skills and confidence to make our own conscious choices, give direction to our life, plan how to get there and take the steps to get there.

Since the beginning of 2014, I have done this, worldwide, as a Freelance Advisor, specialising in Human Resource and Social Development, Mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Training).

My expertise is in the participatory design and implementation of social mobilisation and organisational development programmes for public utilities in an international context.
