Welcome to the world of Le Petit Chou Fleur! My name is Christian Ørner and I am the executive chef of Le Petit Chou Fleur. We are a catering business specialising in French and Scandinavian fine multi course cuisine.

If you are planning a dinner party or any other sort of culinary experience then why not let us do all the hard work? After discussing with you first of all we will come up with a selection of menus specifically for you from which you can choose the dishes you like for your special occasion.

Once the menu has been decided we will do all the preparations and come to your chosen place and we will provide you with a complete fine dining experience filled with influences from all over Scandinavia as well as techniques from French cuisine and also including little suprises using molecular gastronomy and unexpected flavour combinations. And after your food has been enjoyed we then tidy up, do all the washing up and leave you to enjoy the rest of your time with your guests...
