I am currently the job readiness facilitator at Workforce Solutions in Raymondville who is dedicated to helping customers obtain employment. I have developed workshops that teach employment skills ranging from interview ettiquete to conflict resolution. After attending my job readiness classes, your chances of gaining employment will triple. I’m a leader, responsible, organized, with a high capacity for working in a team. I easily adjust to change and remain focused when working under pressure. Along with having a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville, I am also a military veteran with excellent leadership and communication skills.
